Curtis Painter

Colts lost, but at least in Curtis Painter has had a good game. And 'the only thing in Indianapolis can be taken from their 24-17 loss to Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday Night Football. Painter made wise decisions in his first attempt at quarterback in a reliable, error-free football you have to face the Colts, who continue to suffer without Peyton Manning.

NFL in his first start, Painter completed 13 of 30 passes for 281 yards, two touchdowns and, most importantly, no interceptions. (Although a fumble on a sack, which is not surprising given he was playing behind a depleted offensive line. Indy lost rookie left tackle Anthony Castonzo and Ben Ijalana during the game.)

In the second quarter hit the painter Pierre Garcon on a route on the sidelines for a touchdown astute than 87 yards and a lead of 10-0. (It was the longest first career touchdown pass from Charlie Batch threw a 98-meters in 1998 more impressive. He was longer than any of Peyton Manning in the regular season hit.)

Painter was the Colts since 2009, serving obediently behind Manning, but usually does not do much more than provide a high Five on the side of Peyton lead the team. Future Hall-of-Famer possibly out of season, it's finally time to step Painters.

CBSSports.com 's Ryan Wilson summarizes: "It is not always pretty, but let's be honest: Painter exceeded all expectations, and is a team desperately Colts positive good news, unfortunately, there are no moral victories in the NFL, and for the entire quarter Indy season is 0 -. 4.
