Guacamole Recipe, 7 layer Dip Recipe: vocados are naturally sodium-free, trans fat and cholesterol, making them an ideal fruit to meet dietary recommendations for heart health. They also contribute to the good fats in your diet, according to the American Heart Association. Good fats are those that can lower cholesterol and are useful when used in moderation. Bring your heart healthy guacamole!
Ingredients

• 3 Haas avocados diced
• 1 lime, juice
• ½ teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 Chipotle Adobo sauce, chopped
• ⅓ to ½ cup red onion, diced
• 2 large ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced
• 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
• 2 cloves garlic, minced

directions
A. In a large bowl, throw avocado and lime juice until well blended.
Two. Sprinkle with salt and mash with a potato masher or back of a fork, leaving whole pieces.
Three. Fold in the onions, tomatoes, cilantro, Chipotle and garlic.
4. Cover and set aside for 1 hour to distribute flavors. Then serve with chips, plantain or yuca.

Makes 2 cups.
