Dan Koppen New England Patriots, the veteran center was carted off the field late in the second quarter of the game against Miami on Monday night with an apparent left leg injury.

Playing on his birthday 32 years, was injured on Koppen third down run from quarterback Tom Brady. Dolphins linebacker Karlos Dansby seemed to fall in the leg cup as it was obtained under a pile of players. He was taken off the field with 1:18 left until intermission.

Köppen, which was drafted in the fifth round of the Patriots in Boston College in 2003, has played in every game of each of the last three seasons.

Dolphins Linebacker Jason Taylor met with veteran off the field, and, of course, an injury to his right ankle with 52 seconds remaining half. He turned his ankle during the game were completed passes to Brady, Rob Gronkowski.
